High Throughput Electroporation and Methods Optimization Systems

BTX is proud to introduce its newest products for Advanced Electroporation and Methods Optimization Systems using BTX patented multi-well plates. Electroporate up to 96 samples in seconds!

The key to the system are the BTX patented multi-well plates. The High Throughput Electroporation Systems, HT 25 is 25 well plate and the HT 96 is a standard 96 well plate. These plates allow the user to quickly and efficiently optimize the electrical and biological parameters associated with any electroporation experiment. Now the user can prepare an entire set of experiments and then electroporate within seconds. This approach also minimizes the required sample and waste materials. Additionally, entire libraries can be screened rapidly and efficiently.

Connecting the plates to the electroporation generators are the Plate Handlers. BTX offers several Electroporation Plate Handlers to create a safe and reliable working area for processing disposable Electroporation Plates. All Plate Handlers have integrated pulse-switching technology, and gold plated contacts to mate with Electroporation Plates. The Plate Handlers were designed to operate in space constrained areas such as laminar flow hoods. With convenient adapter cables (supplied) the HT-200 and HT-100 Plate Handlers are compatible with conventional BTX Electroporation equipment.
