As of January 31, 2003, Harvard Apparatus (a division of Harvard Bioscience) acquired the complete BTX line of products from Genetronics in San Diego, CA and moved the manufacturing facility to our current location in Holliston MA.

In 2011, Harvard Apparatus (a division of Harvard Bioscience) acquired the rights to manufacture and sell the complete line of Cytopulse from Cellectis, located in France.  Cellectis continues to hold the right to annual license fees on the Hybrimune Electrofusion System, and the Agile Pulse HT system.
